Queue a test using the endpoint's actual runtime profile

POST/v1/notifications/endpoints/{endpointId}/test

Can start a real receiver run, including with no unread notifications. Acceptance is not delivery. Inspect the endpoint for safe attempt diagnostics. Tests neither acknowledge nor change automatic delivery coverage or backoff.
