Read ordered conversation entries

GET/v1/chat/conversations/{conversationId}/entries

Sequences strictly after the supplied position, in ascending order, within item and byte bounds; requested account summaries count toward the byte bound. Later appends can appear on subsequent pages. Persist the last observed sequence and fetch again to catch up; reads never acknowledge notifications.
